Description:

Responsibilities:
  • ServiceNow user administration.   
  • Solution designing and orchestration.   
  • Implementing ServiceNow changes  
  • ServiceNow upgrade. 
  • Second and third level support for ServiceNow incidents  
  • Development of Integrations using ServiceNow Plugins   
  • Managing UAT, Test, Training and Production instances for ServiceNow  
  • Process Governance and Reporting  
  • Training & Self Development Activities 
Must Have Skills:
  • 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
  • Experience in Catalog development in ServiceNow Portal 
  • Hands on experience in designing and developing various integrations with ServiceNow 
  • Knowledge of REST API and SOAP API 
  • More than 4 years of experience in Java scripting.  
  • Should have been involved in at least one project/application rollout and transition/support and platform upgrade 
  • Experience working in ServiceNow Eureka, Geneva, Istanbul and Kingston versions 
  • ITIL V2/V3 Certification  
  • Experience in ServiceNow as a System Administrator or Architect or Programmer/Analyst.  
  • Experience with Web Technologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP)  
  • Experience with IT Service Management Process and Tool Configuration and Administration  
  • Ability to perform configurations and customizations of ServiceNow applications, e,g. Service Catalog, Incident, Facilities, Security, CMDB and Change  
  • Development and working experience on ServiceNow plugins and Customizations 
Good to have skills:
  • Good communication skill 
  • Good Analytical skills 
  • Ability to lead independently and directly coordinate with customers 
  • Ability to drive Scrum calls
