Senior Financial Analyst

About the Company:

Our client is a real estate investment firm looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst who will report to the Director of Asset Management. The Financial Analyst will be charged with supporting and/or leading various financial analysis & reporting needed to support the growth and oversight of the medical office portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Lead analysis and financial modeling efforts in support of material leasing transactions across the office’s portfolio
Assist in underwriting and lead modeling for portfolio investments such as redevelopments and revenue generating capex
Assist the Office Asset Management teams in the creation of presentations for the Board of Directors, Senior Leadership, Management/Investment Committees, Dispositions, and Redevelopments
Support the office’s portfolio initiatives such as strategic planning, segmentation, and industry/competitor benchmarking
Assist with the office’s segments monthly & quarterly financial reporting and annual budgeting process
Create tools, modeling, and presentation templates to improve accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of asset management function

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, real estate or related field
2-3 years of financial analysis experience within the commercial real estate industry
Familiarity with financial statements
Extensive Excel spreadsheet/modeling and PowerPoint skills
Knowledge of general finance, accounting, and leasing for commercial real estate

Salary Range:

$80,000-$95,000
