Educational requirements: High school diploma or GED; and 1 to 3 years of experience in quality or equivalent.
Reports to: Quality Manager
Primary job responsibility: Inspection of products per customer specifications and drawings.
Essential functions of position:
- Inspect parts using Laser Micrometer, pin gages, ring gages, rulers, vision systems and other appropriate measuring devices;
- Perform on-line start up, in process and final inspections to verify customer specifications and ISO quality requirements are being met;
- Preparation of appropriate documentation; and
- Other duties as necessary to support on-time delivery and facility’s daily operations.
