Job Description
The Part-Time Sample Coordinator is responsible for the upkeep of the International's Dress Shop area. This includes receiving shipment, unpacking shipment, organizing all division samples.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS
Organizing / Maintaining Samples in P3 Area
Adding new shipment arrivals to assigned aisles.
Removing all reduced and dropped styles from each Division.
Coordinate sample pulls for customers/shows.
Daily keep up of P3 area’s (Empty boxes trashed, No trash left around)
Working with the other sample coordinators to manage daily tasks.
Create photo Line sheets
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be highly organized, ability to follow instructions, and work independently.
Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work in a professional manner.
Must have proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, provide a high level of attention to detail, and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Must be able to lift boxes up to 30lbs and carry shoes between buildings

The employee is regularly required to lift a 35 - 40lb dress form for garment evaluations.
