Clinical Therapist -Mobile Response Stabilization Services - Child and Family

The position is located and responds to calls in the four-county region. (Fulton, Henry, Defiance, Williams)

LSW/LPC - Up to $68,000 annually.
LISW/LPCC - Up to $75,000 annually.

Position Overview:

The MRSS Clinician is responsible for providing crisis intervention, stabilization services, and care coordination to children, youth, and families in the community. This position supports immediate, mobile, and short-term interventions to promote safety and emotional well-being to youth and families. The MRSS clinician provides services according to the MRSS model and in alignment with Unison Health’s mission and standards. There are no direct time or productivity requirements for this position and flexible work schedules (including 3–4-day work weeks) are available. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to identify client needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities, such as CBT.
  • Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
  • Educate clients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
  • Stay current on best practices in the mental health field through ongoing training and research.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Valid Ohio licensure (LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC).
  • Strong knowledge of diagnostic assessment and therapeutic interventions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical clinical practice.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
