We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper to join our team at a medical facility. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients, staff, and visitors during the evening shift. Ideal candidates will have experience in custodial work, especially in healthcare or clinical settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize exam rooms, offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas
Disinfect high-touch surfaces and medical equipment as directed
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all designated areas
Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and hand sanitizer
Properly dispose of trash and medical waste in accordance with facility policies
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
Maintain housekeeping equipment and storage areas in a clean and orderly condition
Comply with confidentiality and privacy standards in a healthcare environment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience (preferred)
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Must pass a background check and health screening (TB test, etc.)
