Vanguard Resources, Inc., an Industry-Leader in Facilities Management - in business for 28 years, (STILL family owned & operated), is actively recruiting for a Full-time, Salaried/Exempt, Supervisor of Biomed/Clinical Engineering at our Client's Hospital facility, in the quaint little town of Nacogdoches, Texas, working with the amazing team.

The following Position Summary is intended as an overview of the Biomed Supervisor duties- not inclusive of all job-related responsibilities:

Position Summary: Provides and documents, preventive, predictive, metered, interval-based and corrective maintenance on biomedical equipment. Performs scheduled and unscheduled inspections, maintenance and electrical safety tests of biomedical equipment to maintain code compliance. Responsible for documenting the results of all inspections, maintenance and tests.

Requirements:

• 2-year or 4-year college or technical school; electronics, biomedical technician, military background or healthcare-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certifications are a plus but not required
• 1 -3 years' experience in a healthcare clinical engineering environment a plus
• Former experience with Steris autoclaves & washer products is preferred
• Must successfully pass criminal background check.
• Must complete and/or take all required health screenings and vaccines.
• Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
