Position requires: Maryland LPN license; Two years of experience in Hospice, Home Care or LTC. CPR certification required. Dependable transportation and valid driver's license. Ability to work well in a team structure. Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities include: 2 employees (per shift) to care for 6 patients in a residential facility, as well as support family members. All care for the patients and facility are completed by the staff including, cooking/cleaning/personal care for patients.
