**Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute IC business plan - Achieve sales goals and support branch locations - Launch and grow new IC product sales - Lead national promotion programs - Support IC inventory management - Maintain up-to-date sales materials - Establish metrics for tracking product launches - Participate in annual training for competency maintenance
