Seeking an experienced architect or interior designer and leader to serve as Project Manager for our Commercial Interiors Practice based in our Philadelphia Office. The Project Manager for Commercial Interiors should be an innovative and creative thinker who is able to lead a diverse team and build lasting relationships with clients in the commercial workplace.
You will:
Manage the contractual and financial responsibilities of projects for commercial facilities
Monitor the design process from the conceptual phase through construction
Ensure the completion of projects within budget, on schedule, and meeting all program objectives
Develop, forecast, and monitor project budget
Build and manage successful project teams
Serve as a primary resource to clients on all project-related issues
Provide technical support and project communications to the team
You have:
BS or MS in Architecture or Interior Design
8+ years experience in commercial interiors
Experience managing projects over 200,000 S.F. for Fortune 500 Companies
Palm City, Florida
