Position Summary:
Provide visionary leadership for the ministry in alignment with Connect’s mission, vision, values, and strategy. Oversee Sunday services–including: operations, connections, worship, and kids ministries. This position is designed for a high-capacity, people-focused leader who builds teams, develops leaders, thinks strategically, coordinates projects & events, and executes effectively. As the church grows, this role will become more specialized around the passions, strengths and gifts of the Ministry Director.
This is a part-time (30 hours/week) salaried position. Normal work hours would be Sunday-Thursday. Holiday, weekend and evening hours will be required for groups and events (including Christmas Eve and Easter).
