Eurofins Transplant Genomics Inc. (“ETG”) is a molecular diagnostics company committed to improving organ transplant outcomes with non-invasive serial monitoring guided by biomarkers. ETG’s product portfolio of both individual and combined whole blood gene expression and donor derived cell-free DNA testing is capable of reliably ruling out subclinical kidney rejection and acute rejection in kidney transplant patients. In addition to kidney transplantation testing, our newest product for liver transplant patients is a blood-based biomarker assay designed to rule out rejection as immunosuppression therapy is optimized.
Basic Function and Scope of Responsibility:
The National Accounts Manager – (NAM) focuses on building and maintaining relationships with large healthcare organizations, including hospitals and health systems. The individual will drive strategic growth working with C-suite executives and transplant teams by identifying and building strong relationships with key decision makers to promote the entire suite of ETG’s offerings.
Expectations/ Responsibilities:
- Drive the business by focusing on relationships with key strategic Integrated Delivery Networks, Academic Centers, VAs and Large Health Systems across the US.
- Effectively work collaboratively with ETG territory managers in order to help maximize potential business opportunities and partnerships.
- Implement strategic account plans and best practices based on field insights, market assessments, and trends.
- Identify and manage RFP, GPO, and contracting opportunities within major health systems.
- Establish relationships with executive leadership at Key accounts (C- Suite, President, Transplant Center Leadership, Executive Leaders, etc) to cultivate opportunities for collaboration.
- Build relationships with purchasing and contracting teams to help leverage opportunities to promote ETG’s products.
- Establish positive working relationships with all key customer segments (internal and external).
- Travel up to 50% for customer and team engagements.
