Responsible for comprehensive course instruction within the culinary field, in addition to the creation and revision of lesson plans. Responsible for lecturing and supervising in a commercial kitchen and accurate record keeping of student attendance and academic progress.

Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree and demonstrated competencies in the teaching discipline and a minimum of five (5) years' experience in the food service industry, excellent knife skills, effective communication skills, and an excellent knowledge of the culinary arts, required. Teaching experience with lesson plan writing, instructional menu development, and familiarity with purchasing, preferred.
