The Replacement Window Installer is responsible for expert level and top-quality installation of Infinity from Marvin window & door projects.
Highlights of your role
Execute window and door installations sold by the Infinity from Marvin sales team utilizing various trade methods standard within the industry.
Provide superior customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication and treatment of our customers.
Communicate all product and install issues to appropriate parties, including Infinity from Marvin team and customer.
Hours will vary and will be influenced heavily on the wants and needs of our customers.
Up to 3-4 jobs/weeks with flexible scheduling
Choose from all available install jobs and schedule your crew for as much or as little work as you need
A detailed install packet for each job

Installer Box truck or Trailer provided for eligible candidates (experience, capacity, quality)
Stay with us for six months and get paid a $5000 bonus for qualified candidates
Monthly bonus for high customer satisfaction scores and installed volume
Job minimums so you get paid what you’re worth for smaller jobs
No material costs or dump fees – Marvin covers these
Certified training provided to the right individuals
All jobs are staged in our warehouse and ready for transport to job
We will meet or exceed labor rates for qualifying, top-quality candidates and work performed. Earnings potential of $100K to $250K and availability of year-round work for industry-leading workmanship and customer satisfaction.

History and passion for high quality workmanship
Provide references for previously completed work.
Ability to hire sufficient help to execute the installation of windows and doors on a job site
Strong preference for individual with, or willing to obtain, installation masters certification.
We also want to make sure you have:
3+ years of window & door installation or remodeling experience
Valid driver’s license and reliable form of transportation.
Ability to transport windows and doors from our warehouse to job sites and ownership of own tools preferred
Excellent and detail-oriented interior and exterior trim expertise required (e.g. break work, capping, caulking)
Provide Certificate insurance for Commercial General Liability, Employer’s Liability, Automobile Liability, and Statutory Required Worker's Compensation
