Job Description

• Perform tailored spinal and extremity adjustments as the first-line therapy for every patient if determined clinically necessary. 
• Co-create integrated treatment plans with medical professionals and rehab staff, adding modalities (laser, PT, regenerative therapies, etc.) only when they truly enhance the care plan.
• Teach patients proactive spine-health habits and lifestyle strategies that keep them out of pain.
• Document clearly
• Enjoy real input on clinical protocols and the latitude to practice true, patient-first chiropractic.

Qualifications

• Active (or imminently active) Alabama chiropractic license.
• Confidence in your adjusting skills and philosophy that the adjustment comes first.
• Collaborative spirit and strong patient-education skills.
• New grads and seasoned DCs welcome—robust mentorship available.
