The Branch Manager position is responsible for overall branch performance including; the attainment of sales goals, customer service, and operational soundness. This position is responsible for servicing the depository needs of all business customers and commercial loan requests up to $250,000.
Essential Job Functions:
- Handles all aspects of performance management, employee retention, coaching and ensures that regularly scheduled coaching meetings are held with staff.
- Responsible for the training and development of staff.
- Responsible for on the spot and formal observations of staff.
- Responsible for overall branch performance including the attainment of sales goals, customer service, and operational soundness.
- Responsible for branch schedule and staffing.
- Responsible for servicing the depository needs of all business customers and commercial loan requests up to $250,000.
- Must have full knowledge of all deposit account products and services, as well as, consumer and commercial loan products and services.
- Responsible for referring customers to other Bank channels.
- Will maintain a close relationship with the branch’s most profitable customers and be involved in the local community. And will attend networking and community events.

Education & Experience:
Salary Range: $70k - $100k
