About the Company:

Our client is a boutique public accounting firm located in Greenwich, CT who will provide support to a group of Partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, and processing mail
  • Handle communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person
  • Assist with some HR functions such as payroll and bookkeeping
  • Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc
  • Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 2-4 years of administrative experience within an accounting firm
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with ever changing priorities and deadlines

Salary Range:

$65,000-$75,000
