•Lead team of developers for creating solution using Opcenter FN / DS modules
•Configuring & Developing software to fix errors, adapt it to customer requirements, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces.
•Directing system testing and validation procedures.
•Directing software programming and documentation development.
•Consulting with departments or customers on project status and proposals.
•Working with customers or departments on technical issues including system design and maintenance.
•Analyzing information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems.
•Consulting with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces.
•Designing and developing software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and design consequences.
•Preparing reports on programming project specifications, activities, or status.
Qualifications:
•Design, Configurations & Development using Opcenter EX FN / EX DS, Siemens Digital Logistics and Opcenter Intraplant Logistics
•Hands on experience of Opcenter EX FN / EX DS 3.3 onwards
•Must be knowledgeable in both front end and back-end development and understand concepts of software engineering in the Opcenter Modules.
•Must have solid skills in Visual Studio, MVC paradigm, , Rest API, OData protocols and C++/C# programming.
•Must have knowledge of the various OOTB Apps and their usage.
•Experience using Mendix for UI
•Good understanding of shop floor systems integration
•Domain knowledge in manufacturing and/or supply chain.
•In depth product knowledge of Siemens Opcenter Foundation and Opcenter Execution Discrete
•Experience Leading 1-3 Siemens Opcenter MES implementations
•Ability to understand customer requirements and provide solution using OOTB product features to minimize customization.
•Ability to convince customer for alternate approach if proposed approach leads to heavy custom solution.
•Expertise in writing SQL stored procedures
•Unit testing, Functional testing, Integration testing
•Deployment and UAT & Go-Live Support
•Application Maintenance, Support and Enhancements
•Technical Documentation
•Test Case Documentation
•Opcenter & SAP ECC integration knowledge or years of experience.
