Machine Operator

We are seeking Machine Operators in Yadkinville, NC for day and night shifts.

 How will you play an integral role?

The Machine Operator will be responsible for threading texturing machines and ensuring the yarn and fiber runs properly through the machine by performing quality checks and repairing ends that have been broken. In addition, the machine operator is required to participate and support safety processes and initiatives.

What is my earning potential?

 We now offer new competitive hourly rates starting at $20.16, with top pay up to $22.54.  In addition, our shift premiums $1.00 for 12-hour night shifts.

 Do you offer flexible shifts?

We do!  We offer 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule.  The shifts we are seeking to fill are 12-hour night shifts.

Are you qualified for the position?

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and bend frequently
• Hand and finger dexterity
• Ability to lift up to 13 lbs. (occasionally)

  Education

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience

• 2 years previous textile machine operating experience is preferred, but not required (training is provided).
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Understanding of production procedures within a manufacturing setting.
•  Must have strong attention to detail and safety standards.
