We are seeking a proactive Regional Sales Representative with experience in sales, in the Collections or related industry. The ideal candidate will be proactive, goal-driven, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for sourcing leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating agreements, managing accounts, and exceeding sales targets within an assigned territory.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a Sales Representative in a related industry. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in computer skills. - High level of customer service and professionalism.
**Responsibilities:**
- Source leads, coordinate and conduct sales presentations, and follow up on leads promptly. - Prepare proposals, negotiate rates and fees with potential clients. - Manage customer relationships and accounts. - Generate regular sales reports and maintain a sales pipeline. - Prospect new clients through cold calling or in-person meetings. - Cultivate and maintain positive client relationships through various interactions. - Travel within the sales territory for face-to-face meetings with clients. - Strive to meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.

**Salary:**
Up to $100,000 per year
