Position Title: Warehouse Loader
Reports To: Warehouse Manager
Schedule: Morning Shift 7:30am-4:30pm
Evening Shift 4:00pm-1:00am
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: At least 2 years
Languages: Must be fluent in English
Skills: Forklift Certified in the past 3 years, some Hazmat Knowledge preferred
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate a handheld scanner, scan cargo into container from tally sheet and load guide
- Take pictures as cargo is loaded into container for complete verification
- Block and brace cargo throughout your load and make sure it is all secured when completed.
- Stage finished product for loading
- Operate forklift (gas or electric) to load containers and flatbeds
- Responsible for quality control. No damaged product is sent out.
- Operate within standard operating procedures.
- Operate forklift,
- Complete daily logs.
- Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) on forklift
- Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use.
- Other duties as assigned
- Must complete inspections daily prior to operation on any equipment you are operating.
