Tower Loan is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Corporate Intern. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Rotate among different departments and teams within the company.
Assist with day-to-day tasks, projects, and initiatives as assigned by department managers and mentors.
Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Contribute ideas and insights to improve processes, drive innovation, and add value to the organization.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports as required by each department.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program.
Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 2.5.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Ability to adapt to new environments, learn quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
Eagerness to take on new challenges, ask questions, and seek feedback.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Previous internship or work experience in a corporate setting is preferred but not required.

COMPENSATION RANGE:
$15.00 - $17.00 / hour
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday; 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
This position reports to our Home Office in Flowood, Mississippi.
