The Role
The Director of Marketing will be helping to position the company as a market leader within the industry and making it a brand name that is recognizable and trusted by enterprise and mid-tier online retailers.
Responsibilities for Marketing Director:
Working collaboratively as a key leader to plan and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the company.
Hands on leadership of the development, design, management, and execution of marketing and PR programs.
Focus on lead generation needs.
Driving the overall look and feel of the client’s brand as presented through the marketing collateral, conference materials, web and email marketing and print products.
Developing the product marketing strategy.
Identifying and closing the gap between the company’s real value and its perceived value within the market.
Requirements for Marketing Director:
A minimum 6+ years of experience in managing all stages of the B2B marketing funnel with a strong focus on lead generation.
Proven experience in managing a small team of Marketers at a startup – branding and positioning it to be a market leader, recognizable by enterprise-level customers.
Experience in Digital Marketing, Content, Communications and Product MarketingProven execution skills – getting the right stuff done day-in and day-out.
Able and excited to do hands-on work while building a great team.
Analytic approach to monitoring and analyzing marketing campaigns and ROI
