Commercial Litigation Attorney

Compensation: 175000. / Annually

Our client, a growing civil litigation law firm, has an immediate need for an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney, to join their winning team in Englewood Cliffs.

Our candidate of choice will be a sharp, driven commercial litigators. From intricate shareholder and partnership disputes to real estate, construction, intellectual property, and business tort litigation—your work here won’t be routine. You’ll take ownership of meaningful cases and be part of a team that values excellence, collaboration, and bold thinking.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage commercial litigation cases from start to finish
• Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements with strategic precision
• Oversee discovery, conduct depositions, and manage document review
• Appear in court to argue motions and represent clients at trial
• Negotiate contracts and advocate in arbitration or mediation proceedings

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of hands-on commercial litigation experience (trial work in State, Federal & Appellate courts required)
• Bar admissions in New Jersey and New York
• Strong writing and analytical skills—you’re both a thinker and a doer
• A team player who’s equally comfortable leading or collaborating
• A passion for solving complex problems and driving client success
