Pay: 

• 3rd shift starting pay: $17.00+ per hour (based on experience)
• Additional $2.00/hour for shift differential
• Bi-weekly pay

Incentives: 

• Ability to earn up to $0.75/hour increase at 90 days based on performance
• Ability to earn up to $1.00/hour increase at 6 months based on performance
• Ability to earn $1.00/hour increase per pay period based on perfect attendance and working department posted hours

**Ability to earn up to $21.75 (shift differential) within 6 months of starting**

• Safely operate and transport materials between various locations
• Commit to the overall safety of the work environment
• Must be able to climb and work in elevated areas
• Ability to lift up 50lbs and stand/sit for extended periods of time
• Attention to detail
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills
• Your CAN DO attitude
