Job Description
We’re looking for an Account Executive - a strategic seller and relationship whisperer who can own and grow our B2B business. In this role, you’ll lead the charge in expanding Ama La Vida’s footprint within the corporate landscape—identifying high-value opportunities, building executive-level partnerships, and driving measurable revenue growth.
You'll expand existing accounts and open new doors—working closely with People, HR, and L&D leaders. If you love uncovering opportunities, mapping stakeholders, and closing deals that drive long-term value, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
- Identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within existing client accounts through stakeholder mapping and upsell strategies
- Drive new business development and build a pipeline of qualified B2B opportunities
- Build strong executive-level relationships with HR, and L&D leaders to uncover pain points and present tailored solutions
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, coaching and marketing
Qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience selling services into HR, L&D, DEI or people-focused orgs)
- Proven ability to run complex deal cycles and grow enterprise accounts
- Experience owning a quota and building a pipeline from scratch
- Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect
- Strategic thinking and tactical hustle—you are scrappy, curious and resourceful

Compensation
Base salary: $80,000 - $85,000
Target Commission Opportunity: $15,000 - $75,000
