R.S.M.C. Services is selectively recruiting a Full-Time Dentist on behalf of our client. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated dental professional seeking strong clinical support, leadership potential, and outstanding financial rewards.

Salary: $230,000 – $250,000 annually
Sign-On Bonus: $25,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a patient-centered dental team

• Perform comprehensive exams and diagnose dental conditions

• Develop and present treatment plans

• Deliver high-quality care with efficiency

• Mentor clinical staff and stay updated through ongoing education

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

• Active or eligible dental license
