About the Company:

Our client is a renewable energy company and is hiring an Executive Assistant who will support senior management. This role will coordinate and manage executive scheduling, prepare, and organize important materials and plans, support board meetings, and prepare board materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel
  • Coordinate and monitor projects and programs managed by senior management
  • Assist in the development of presentations for internal and external audiences
  • Compose and prepare letters relating to routine correspondences
  • Transcribe source material, prepare documents, reports, tables, and charts; distribute as appropriate
  • Attend meetings and take notes of discussions; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries
  • Complete various special projects, including creating PowerPoint presentations, special reports, and agenda material

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of prior experience in supporting a senior executive team
  • Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills

Salary Range: 

$75,000-$85,000
