As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will help amazing people with disabilities live their best lives. You’ll even get the chance to take individuals who live in a group home to fun places like restaurants, shopping, festivals, the movies … you name it! But wait! There’s more! We pay you for training and when you commit to a full-time position, you’ll earn more than five (5) weeks of paid time off every year!

What are the requirements?

• You’re at least 21 years of age.
• You’ve worked with children or adults with disabilities for at least one year.
• You’re a positive and supportive person.
• You’re someone who enjoys working and communicating with others.
• You have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• You have a valid Florida driver’s license.
• You’re able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must successfully complete Professional Crisis Management and Medication Administration training
