On our client's behalf, RSMC is recruiting for an immediate need for Temporary/Fill-in RDH in New Mexico.

Key Details:

• Working Days: Mondays to Fridays (be able to pick up shifts you only like)
• Available Dates: October 2025 through December 2026
• Compensation: Up to $55-$60/hour (W-2)
• Sign-on bonus: $250 after 10 shifts
• Inclusions: Mileage reimbursement and weekly direct deposit

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• An associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
• An active dental hygiene license in the state of practice in New Mexico
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
