Requirements:

Valid RN License
Physical
MMR or Titers
CPR
Valid Drivers License

Responsibilities:

Providing one-to-one care in the home
Taking direction from clinical team and overseeing Registered Nurse
Following the plan of care
Following all clinical and office policies
