Position Summary:

Necco has an opportunity for a career as Financial Analyst. This role will add value to the organization by analyzing data to provide timely and actionable insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

· Financial representative on cross-functional projects that involve analysis and critical thinking

· Analyze and document business processes and metrics to identify improvement opportunities

· Lead the budgeting and forecasting process

· Assist with compensation analysis

· Work closely with the Accounting team during the monthly close process to ensure revenues and expenses are complete and accurate

· Assist with monthly reporting including updating and tracking KPI metrics

· Support the evaluation of a wide range of business opportunities, including M&A, investments, partnerships, and other strategic options

Position Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college

· Three (3) years of experience in financial analysis or related field

· Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and familiarity with PowerBI

· Ability to work in multiple systems and with data from a variety of sources

· Strong leadership, management, and problem-solving skills

· Strategic and fiscal planning skills and abilities

· A highly effective and skilled communicator

· Great attitude and the ability to work well with others

· Valid driver’s license

· Successful completion of all required criminal background checks
