Lone Star Bakery, inc. is looking for Line EquipmentOperators to manages production line equipment and ensures that products meet the Company’s standards prior to entering the oven.
Job Duties
Performs routine inspection of machines and equipment and ensures that they are sanitary and in proper working condition.
Ensures that extruders, rollers and ovens are working properly prior to start-up and throughout the shift.
Reviews production schedule and ensures that appropriate ingredients are staged and/or mixed.
Notifies supervisor of product or dough deficiencies and/or equipment malfunctions.
Completes paperwork accurately and legibly.
Maintains a clean work area that is free and clear of foreign objects and materials.
Complies with GMPs and Company standards.
Trains employees and demonstrates best practices when required.
Job Requirements
Ability to team-lift up to 50 pounds.
Must have general knowledge of equipment operations.
Ability to use basic hand tools.
Ability to complete relevent Company documents.
Ability to be on feet all day and perform walking, stooping, and bending functions as required.
Ability to work at steady and continuous pace and to keep up with manufacturing production.
