Job SummaryResponsible for increasing Service Contract revenue by generating new business and retaining renewal Extended Warranty and Preventive Maintenance Service Contracts.
Essential Functions- Generate reports from Oracle to identify and qualify sales opportunities
- Build and expand the company's customer database of opportunities within your assigned territory
- Manage customers and maintain opportunities within Salesforce
- Call and/or email new and existing service contract customers to promote the service contract business
- Utilize consultative sales approach to evaluate and understand prospect's business and needs
- Close sales of new and renewal service contracts
- Perform outbound emails and calls, and inbound lead generation and follow-up
- Work together with and provide support for field sales and field support
- Manage creation and presentation of quotations for opportunities as they are identified
- Negotiate contract pricing and develop the Service Contract agreement between ZOLL and Customer
- Investigate and work with appropriate department to resolve issues that impact service contracts timely and accurate entry of all pertinent prospect data into the CRM database
- Provide management with monthly activity reports Achieve and exceed new and renewal revenue goals
Required/Preferred Education and Experience- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities- Motivated self-starter with the ability to exercise own judgment
- Ability to work independently, with little supervision
- Capable of prioritizing activities and performing multiple tasks
- Energetic, creative, goal-oriented team player
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in defined timeframe

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Organizational, Customer interface and negotiation skills
- ERP systems experience, preferably Oracle
- CRM experience, preferably Salesforce
