Overview

Element has an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative (CSR), primarily responsible for handling straightforward price and requests for quotes (RFQ's) from our customers via email or over the phone and following up on pending or issued quotations.

This is a Front Desk position, and Element requires a friendly, energetic person with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

  •  Greet customers and service professionals as they enter the building
  • Order and retrieve materials, including food for guests
  • Proactively engage with customers using phone, email, and web conferencing
  • Fast-paced data entry required, including Order Entry and Test Certification submittals
  • Generate Work Orders and match paperwork to customer test specimens

Skills / Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or front desk type role
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as customer quotes, contracts, marketing materials, drawings, and customer testing specifications
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills
  •  A valid driver’s license, with an acceptable driving record under Element’s policy
