Senior Electrical Engineer – Ownership Path

Salary Range: $110,000 – $154,000 annually (DOE)
Total Compensation Package: $155,000 – $190,000+ (including bonuses, PTO, and benefits)

As a senior leader, you will not only direct complex projects but also mentor future engineers, shape client relationships, and contribute to the firm’s long-term growth strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Electrical Design: Oversee electrical design for complex projects in healthcare, institutional, lab, and multifamily sectors.

• Mentor & Develop Talent: Guide junior engineers and foster cross-discipline collaboration.

• Client Leadership: Build and sustain relationships, ensuring high-quality project outcomes and repeat business.

• Project Management: Manage projects from concept through construction, balancing budgets, schedules, and technical quality.

• Strategic Leadership: Partner with firm leadership on business development, client engagement, and long-term strategy.

• Field Involvement: Visit project sites (approx. 1–2 days every other month) to ensure design intent is successfully implemented.

What We’re Looking For

• PE License: Active Professional Engineer (PE) required.

• Experience: 8–10+ years of electrical engineering experience, with emphasis on healthcare, institutional, lab, or multifamily projects.

• Leadership Skills: Proven experience mentoring teams and leading technical design efforts.

• Client Focus: Strong ability to manage expectations, deliver results, and build lasting trust.

• Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working across MEP disciplines in a team-oriented culture.
