  • Competitive compensation
  • A collaborative and professional environment
  • Work-life purpose and fulfillment
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance and flex-spending accounts
  • 401(K) retirement plan options with up to a 5% company match

This position is salaried, full-time, exempt, and eligible for benefits.

Role and Responsibilities

Qualified candidates will possess the following attributes:

  • Licensed Architect in New York State.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of architectural experience, with a focus on K-12 and higher education facilities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead and participate in all phases of K-12 and higher education project design and execution, from concept through construction.
  • Interpret and apply New York State Education Department (SED) requirements for public school projects.
  • Ensure compliance with SED procedures, keeping current with all relevant updates and protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, developing trusted relationships and ensuring alignment with project vision and goals.
  • Engage in business development activities, identifying new client needs, attending presentations and contributing to strategic planning.
