Practice Details:
Four operatories in total
Two full-time hygienists
Single Dentist practice (Dr. Tanner retiring in March)
Practice sees 75% PPO insurance patients and 25% FFS
Average annual revenue of approximately $800,000
Salary and Compensation: The salary range for this position can vary depending on the Dentist's skill set and the procedures they offer, with an expected range of $150,000 to $350,000 annually.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive dental care, focusing on patient comfort and satisfaction.
Diagnose and treat dental conditions, customizing treatment plans for individual patient needs.
Perform restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dentistry procedures with precision and care.
Collaborate effectively with the dental team, including hygienists and support staff, to ensure seamless patient care.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
Active, unrestricted dental license in the state of Tennessee.

Prior experience in a dental practice
