QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
- Active state license required in good standing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, and clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
