**Responsibilities:**
- Act as the main contact for account-specific matters, building strong customer relationships, and acquiring new customers. - Identify opportunities to expand product sales with existing customers and develop new accounts within the industry. - Demonstrate product offerings to customers using various resources. - Prepare sales contracts, coordinate with departments, and utilize CRM software to plan and document sales efforts. - Stay updated on products and technologies, attend industry events, and participate in sales planning activities. - Collaborate with internal teams, report competitive conditions, and inform customers of company policies. - Maintain flexibility to adapt to changes and handle assigned tasks effectively.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent education/experience. - 5+ years of sales experience in appliances/electrical industry. - Strong product knowledge, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong analytical skills. - Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. - Ability to read and interpret business documents.
