Perform plumbing work such as clearing stoppages, replacing fittings, zone valves, pipe sections, etc
Perform carpentry work such as fitting doors, replacing molding, repairing structural framing, and refinishing floors
Clean grounds, and common areas
Paint, tape and spackle
Repair concrete, masonry, roofing and fences
Maintain and Monitor HVAC systems
Maintain accurate records regarding preventive maintenance, work orders, turnovers, annual inspections, inventories and purchase orders
Recommend improvements at facilities and/or services
Ensure work is completed as assigned, within the specified timeframe the amount allocated
On-Call for Emergencies
