We are hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for the following shifts:

  • 2pm-10pm - Monday - Friday
  • 6a-6p - Saturday - Sunday (Part-time)
  • 6p-6a - Saturday - Sunday (Part-time)

Walk in interviews for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) available on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Requirements:

  • Current Louisiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  • Have dependable transportation, driver’s license, and car insurance

Job Duties:

  • Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures
  • Administer and document medication to residents in an accurate and timely manner
  • Observe residents for effectiveness of drug therapy and adverse effects
  • Document resident process notes as required
  • Promptly report changes in residents' condition to charge nurse
  • Attend staff meetings, interdisciplinary team meetings, rehab meetings, in-service classes and committee meetings as assigned
