What You’ll Do:

• Expert Pediatric Occupational Therapy – Work with children from birth to 21, addressing challenges such as physical, neurological, cognitive, sensory, feeding, ADL, and social/emotional deficits in a home-based setting.
• Comprehensive Evaluations – Conduct thorough assessments to develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
• Family-Centered Instruction – Educate and guide patients and their families, providing them with the strategies they need to support their child’s progress at home.
• Meticulous Documentation – Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely records to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration – Work alongside a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to develop and evaluate personalized care plans for each child.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Texas Occupational Therapy License.
• New graduates are welcome – mentorship and training available!
• CPR Certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• COTA supervisory experience is preferred, but training is available.
