Highlights of our Manufacturing Engineer Role:

• Hands on involvement to develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods.

• Confer and coordinate with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment, materials, or parts.
• Analyzes and plans work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
• Champion trials to test and validate new equipment and processes.
• Manage and drive capital projects to successful completion.
• Oversee and support plant environmental responsibilities on site.

You’re a Good Fit for our Manufacturing Engineer position if you have:

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering required (Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical, preferred).
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve and troubleshoot.
• Proven Project Management skills required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills required.
• Ability to self-start and work independently or in a team environment.

Compensation: 

•         $70,000 - $105,000 depending upon experience.
