Blue Print Out is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing - Branding Assistant to support our branding initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external materials. The ideal candidate will work closely with the branding and marketing team to assist with campaign development, project coordination, and brand execution.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing campaigns

  • Coordinate branding projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and standards are met

  • Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials, presentations, and client-facing content

  • Support research and analysis of market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior

  • Assist with internal brand training materials and communications

  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and project management teams on various branding tasks

  • Prepare reports and presentations related to branding performance and initiatives

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in branding, marketing, or a related role

  • Strong understanding of brand development, identity, and positioning

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail

  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
