Job Summary

This position provides technical support during the implant of the remedē System, and other technical support and training to improve patient outcomes.

Essential Functions

  • Provide technical support during implant of the remedē System
  • Provide training to hospital staff during the opening of a new implanting center
  • Provide technical support for therapy activation and titration
  • Work closely with the Territory Manager (TM) to support all aspects of the sales process
  • Support therapy optimization of the remedē System during overnight sleep studies
  • Train new customers to use the remedē System programmer and to perform all aspects of device programming
  • Work in a highly dynamic environment with an ever-changing schedule
  • Maintain current vendor credentials to have access to customer facilities
  • Provide remote technical support during scheduled “on-call” duties


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in a technical field required
  • 2+ years in a clinical support role with a medical device company, preferably from the Cardiac Rhythm Management industry with extensive implant support experience required
  • IBHRE certification Preferred


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate
  • Willing to take responsibility and act independently when necessary


Travel Requirements

  • Ability to travel (including overnight stays) 80%
