Job Summary

Responsible for increasing Service Contract revenue by generating new business and retaining renewal Extended Warranty and Preventive Maintenance Service Contracts.

Essential Functions
  • Generate reports from Oracle to identify and qualify sales opportunities
  • Build and expand the company's customer database of opportunities within your assigned territory
  • Manage customers and maintain opportunities within Salesforce
  • Call and/or email new and existing service contract customers to promote the service contract business
  • Utilize consultative sales approach to evaluate and understand prospect's business and needs
  • Close sales of new and renewal service contracts
  • Perform outbound emails and calls, and inbound lead generation and follow-up
  • Work together with and provide support for field sales and field support
  • Manage creation and presentation of quotations for opportunities as they are identified
  • Negotiate contract pricing and develop the Service Contract agreement between ZOLL and Customer
  • Investigate and work with appropriate department to resolve issues that impact service contracts timely and accurate entry of all pertinent prospect data into the CRM database
  • Provide management with monthly activity reports Achieve and exceed new and renewal revenue goals
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to exercise own judgment
  • Ability to work independently, with little supervision
  • Capable of prioritizing activities and performing multiple tasks
  • Energetic, creative, goal-oriented team player
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in defined timeframe
  • Improves results by generating, encouraging, and supporting new ideas
  • Heightened sense of personal responsibility including punctuality, attendance and commitment
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Organizational, Customer interface and negotiation skills
  • ERP systems experience, preferably Oracle
  • CRM experience, preferably Salesforce
