Job Summary
The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization. This is a full-time (7:30am - 4:30pm), in-office, hands-on role.

Essential Functions

  • As first point of contact, greet and assist visitors in a pleasant and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, direct phone calls to employees.
  • Support Security Dept. by ensuring employees and visitors entering the building follow Security protocols.
  • Receive mail, documents, packages, courier deliveries and distribute within mailroom.
  • Perform administrative and clerical support tasks.
  • Special projects.


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2+ years of relevant experience required


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent telephone skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to prioritize work

  • PC literate-databases, order processing and spreadsheets

  • Proven team player
