Description
WPM is seeking a customer-driven, forward thinking, self-motivated candidate to join our Association Management team! We are looking for an experienced senior administrative assistant who will provide support to a team of Association Managers as well as oversee two Community Coordinators.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist a team of 10 Community Association Managers
- Directly oversee a team of 2 Community Coordinators
- Compose and respond to a large and heavy volume of calls and emails
- Regularly respond to requests from residents and Board Members on various management services
- Coordinate bulk/mass mailings and email blasts
- Maintain electronic filing system for the communities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred:
- At least 2 years of Association Management industry experience
- Minimum of 5 years as administrative assistant role preferred, 3 years required
- Supervisory experience, in any capacity, preferred but not required
Skills Required:
- Advanced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook required - PowerPoint & Access helpful, but not required)
- Knowledge of Vantaca Web-Based Property Management software a plus
- Able to work independently and within a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, detail oriented and great time management skills
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work in a very fast-paced environment
- Problem solver, independent thinker and self-starter
- Professional letter writing with good spelling and grammar required
- Able to manage multiple schedules, projects, and expectations
- Prioritization skills
- Strong follow through and follow up abilities
