Description

WPM is seeking a customer-driven, forward thinking, self-motivated candidate to join our Association Management team! We are looking for an experienced senior administrative assistant who will provide support to a team of Association Managers as well as oversee two Community Coordinators.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist a team of 10 Community Association Managers
  • Directly oversee a team of 2 Community Coordinators
  • Compose and respond to a large and heavy volume of calls and emails
  • Regularly respond to requests from residents and Board Members on various management services
  • Coordinate bulk/mass mailings and email blasts
  • Maintain electronic filing system for the communities
  • Perform other duties as assigned 

Preferred:

  • At least 2 years of Association Management industry experience
  • Minimum of 5 years as administrative assistant role preferred, 3 years required
  • Supervisory experience, in any capacity, preferred but not required 

Skills Required:

  • Advanced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook required - PowerPoint & Access helpful, but not required) 
  • Knowledge of Vantaca Web-Based Property Management software a plus
  • Able to work independently and within a team environment
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, detail oriented and great time management skills
  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work in a very fast-paced environment
  • Problem solver, independent thinker and self-starter
  • Professional letter writing with good spelling and grammar required
  • Able to manage multiple schedules, projects, and expectations
  • Prioritization skills
  • Strong follow through and follow up abilities
