Part-Time Service Technician – Meridian West Shore
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA
Starting Rate: $20/hour (based on experience) + phone allowance
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Meridian West Shore is seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Service Technician to join our maintenance team. In this role, you’ll handle maintenance requests, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare apartments for new residents. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and committed to providing excellent customer service. Prior residential maintenance experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests.

  • Perform preventative maintenance as scheduled.

  • Prepare units for move-in, ensuring company standards are met.

  • Handle general maintenance tasks, including appliance repair.

  • Maintain property grounds in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.

  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

  • Availability for on-call emergencies (evenings, weekends, holidays).

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 3–5 years of maintenance experience required.
